Sander is a recruitment agency with a start-up mindset and a scale-up ambition. Born in 2019, we’ve gone from 4 to 43 people across Brussels, Paris & Antwerp — and we're just getting started.

What you'll actually be doing (not just pretending for LinkedIn):
- Prospecting clients like a pro: cold calling, LinkedIn hunting, crafting smart InMails – basically doing what it takes to open doors and build trust.
- Becoming your clients’ go-to for all things tech talent – understanding their needs and helping them grow.
- Managing your own recruitment cycle from A to Z: sourcing, interviews, candidate coaching, client debriefs – you’re in charge.
- Building long-lasting partnerships with both clients & candidates (we like it long-term around here).
- Bring your ideas to the table and shape the way we work — we're building this together
- Celebrating wins like they matter – because they do.
What makes you a perfect match :
- You’ve got a degree (Bachelor or Master – we're flexible, just like your mindset).
- You’re not afraid to cold call, follow up, or message someone twice if needed – persistence is your middle name.
- You bring energy, positivity, and your best bad jokes to the team.
- Experience in recruitment or sales? Great. If not, show us you're hungry to learn and win.
- A natural go-getter who doesn’t wait for opportunities but creates them.
- A strong commercial mindset with a talent for persuasion and negotiation.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or recruitment? Awesome! If not, no worries—our training will get you there.
- Thrives in a competitive environment and loves the rush of hitting (and smashing) targets.
- Fluent in French or Dutch; bonus points if you speak English!
