For this reason, we comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafer the « Regulation »). The processing of your data also complies with the transposition law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

The purpose of this « Privacy policy » is therefore to define the way in which we process your data, if any, while setting out the limits of its processing in accordance with the regulations in force.

3. The data processed by Sander & Partners

The processing and collection of your personal data may vary depending on the relationship we have with you or the stage of the recruitment process to which you may be subject.
