We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to take charge of high-impact, cross-domain projects at the heart of our transformation journey. From deploying digital substations to integrating cutting-edge infrastructure and securing our operations, you’ll be orchestrating the future of energy tech.

Role
- Lead complex IT projects that span infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity domains.
- Collaborate across departments—from hardcore tech teams to business stakeholders—to deliver solutions that matter.
- Balance scope, budget, and timelines like a pro while keeping a sharp eye on security and compliance.
- Drive modernization projects such as cloud migrations, infrastructure revamps, or the rollout of new operational capabilities.
- Help shape and standardize how we deliver transversal services and manage project portfolios.
- Act as the bridge between technical delivery and strategic impact.
Profile
- A degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects in demanding environments.
- Strong technical background in infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with digital transformation in industrial or critical infrastructure settings.
- Exceptional coordination and communication skills—you can speak engineer and exec fluently.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch (and ideally, comfortable in the third + bonus points for German).
- PMP or Prince2 certification? Even better.
