They’re seeking the next talent to join their IT team as a Field Engineer, specializing in Network, VoIP, and Wi-Fi. If you're dynamic, love working on-site, and thrive on providing solutions, this opportunity is for you!

Field/Network Engineer - Your job

Take over and resolve technical issues escalated by Level 1 using cloud-based monitoring tools, diagnosing and fixing problems independently.
Monitor customer installations and equipment (hotels, hospitals, care centers, etc.) across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands with advanced tools.
Configure switches prior to installations and write integration/support team documentation.
Provide remote support for on-site technicians and collaborate with Level 2/3 teams to integrate new models and optimize existing solutions.
Work with key clients on specific projects, focusing on WiFi, IPTV, VOIP, and receive training on other solutions like Chromecast, digital signage, video surveillance, and energy-saving systems.

Field/Network Engineer - You are

Higher education or university degree in IT or telecom.
At least 3 years of experience in this field.
Knowledge of network and telecom environments (fiber optics, switching, routing, VLAN, etc.) and WiFi(access points, controllers, authentication, captive portal, etc.).
Meticulous, eager to learn, good interpersonal skills, and a team player.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
