Junior Linux Engineer - Your Role
- Technical Support: Assist clients with system, network, and application issues, remotely and on-site.
- System Optimization & Deployment: Ensure high performance, installing and configuring products on-premise and in the cloud.
- Cloud & SaaS Management: Maintain SaaS products on Oracle Cloud (VCN, compute, Load Balancers, security).
- IT & Security Maintenance: Manage internal and cloud infrastructure, updates, backups, and security.
- Documentation & Improvement: Track changes, support change management, and enhance customer experience.
Junior Linux Engineer - Who are you?
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT or Bachelor/Master degree in IT
- Experience with Linux (RedHat/Debian) and proficiency in shell scripting.
- Basic knowledge of Proxmox, VMware, and familiarity with Google Cloud, AWS, or Oracle Cloud.
- Understanding of containerization tools and databases like PostgreSQL & MongoDB.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, SSH tunneling, VPN, DNS, and web servers (Nginx, Apache).
- Strong problem-solving skills in hardware/software issues and a keen interest in assisting users
