This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leadership, technical ownership, and building scalable Linux infrastructures in an innovation-driven environment.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead to join a fast-growing technology company with international operations and high-impact infrastructure projects.

You will lead a team of system engineers while remaining technically involved in complex Linux environments, cloud infrastructure, automation, and security initiatives. You will collaborate closely with IT, DevOps, software engineering, and management teams to drive infrastructure excellence and continuous improvement. 🚀

Tech Lead - The Role

Lead and mentor the System Engineering team while managing daily infrastructure operations
Design, maintain, and optimize Linux-based environments, virtualization platforms, and network services
Drive automation, security, monitoring, and infrastructure improvement projects
Collaborate with DevOps, software, and IT teams to ensure scalability and high system performance
Coordinate technical upgrades, troubleshoot critical incidents, and contribute to IT strategy and best practices

Tech Lead - The Profile

Strong experience in Linux system administration and enterprise infrastructure environments
Solid knowledge of virtualization, networking, cloud technologies, and automation tools
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and mentor technical teams
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent troubleshooting abilities
Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are considered a strong plus
