Your Role

As Team Manager at Sander, you run your own desk AND develop the people around you. You're commercially sharp, results-driven and genuinely invested in your team's growth.

As a Business Manager

Map your market, identify decision-makers and pick up the phone
Build your client portfolio through cold calling, networking and long-term nurturing
Pitch, negotiate and close : you own the full sales cycle
Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to signed contract
Hit your personal billing targets consistently

As a Team Lead

Coach and develop junior and medior consultants on a daily basis
Support your team on client meetings, candidate assessments and deal negotiations
Create an environment where people perform at their best and grow fast
Contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding of new team members
Participate in Sander's commercial strategy in Brussels

Your profile

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, agency-side
Strong personal billing track record
Natural leader : people follow you because they want to, not because they have to
Commercially driven and comfortable with ambiguity
Bilingual French & English (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree minimum
