Talent Acquisition Specialist : Role
- Work closely with various managers to identify and recruit the best talent, selecting future recruitment consultants to join our team.
- Act as a true Sander ambassador, ensuring every candidate enjoys a high-quality recruitment experience.
- Support the development of our HR-Tech by enhancing Employer Branding to attract new talent.
- Proactively contribute to HR strategy by implementing effective HR procedures within Sander.
Talent Acquisition Specialist : Profile
- With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent), you ideally have a first successful experience in HR or consulting.
- Sociable and outgoing, you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- You thrive in a start-up environment and share our ambition to grow together.
- Thanks to your analytical mindset and logical reasoning, you quickly understand recruitment challenges.
