System Engineer - The Job

Lead the development and optimization of the European data center infrastructure.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, networks) ensuring availability and performance.
Plan and execute data center migrations in a Windows-based environment.
Administer Windows Server environments and virtualized infrastructures (VMware).
Monitor systems, diagnose issues, and implement security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on international IT projects.

System Engineer - The Candidate

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and virtualization (VMware).
Knowledge of network protocols and Cisco equipment; firewall management experience (Palo Alto is a plus).
Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
Fluent English with strong communication skills; international travel possible.
