System Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple company sites
- Support and optimize Windows, VMware, and network environments
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, user access, and security policies
- Provide technical support to internal teams and local offices
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades and AI-driven technology projects
- Collaborate with software and IT teams to improve system performance
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure business continuity
- Contribute to IT documentation and best practices
System Engineer - Profile
- Fluent in French and Dutch (English is a plus)
- Strong experience with Windows Server environments
- Good knowledge of VMware virtualization
- Experience managing DNS, networking, and infrastructure services
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is highly appreciated
- Willingness to travel regularly between company offices across Belgium
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player who enjoys taking ownership and growing responsibilities
