System Broadcast engineer

Looking for a System engineer passionate about broadcast solutions

As a System Engineer, you will provide technical support and expertise for a wide range of IT-based broadcast systems, including core video servers, user interfaces, and media contribution platforms. This customer-facing role requires strong troubleshooting skills, collaboration with internal teams, and a commitment to delivering top-tier support.

Role

Provide technical support via email and phone for customers, project engineers, and internal teams.
Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, offering solutions and workarounds.
Manage customer expectations regarding response times and issue resolution.
Collaborate with the Tier-3 support team to resolve complex technical challenges.
Offer product feedback to improve system reliability and enhance user experience.
Assist the project engineering team during field deployments and installations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to enhance support processes.
Provide administrative support, managing documents and tracking global support tasks.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Experience in technical support or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Axapta, D365) and broadcast equipment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
