Senior Support Engineer – Role Overview

Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests.
Provide high-level technical support both on-site and remotely.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware, software, network, and cloud environments.
Proactively monitor systems, identify risks, and implement improvements.
Support and lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
Document solutions, procedures, and best practices to strengthen knowledge sharing.

Senior Support Engineer – Who You Are

Experienced IT professional with a strong troubleshooting and customer-focused mindset.
Solid expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016–2022, Microsoft 365).
Strong knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and backup solutions (e.g. Veeam).
Able to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
Proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
Fluent in English, French and Dutch;
