Senior Reconciliation Officer | Ambitious Project

Our client is a fast-growing player in financial services and is looking for a Senior Reconciliation Officer who wants to be part of their growth ambitions.

Senior Reconciliation Officer | Your Role

You manage and supervise the reconciliation of cash flows within an extensive network of devices.
You perform daily and monthly checks on reconciliation activities, including the cash cycle and payment schedules.
You support the Reconciliation Manager in preparing and presenting monthly reports and key figures.
You analyse discrepancies, investigate root causes, and report findings in a clear and structured manner.
You ensure correct follow-up of financial impacts on the balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
You ensure an accurate month-end closing of the cash position for reporting to external parties.
You manage reporting and statistics for senior management.
You maintain contacts with service providers, banks, third parties, and auditors.
You support the manager and CFO in developing and implementing management and financial reporting tools.

Senior Reconciliation Officer | Your profile

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliation.
Languages: Fluent English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance; strong Excel skills (Power BI is an asset).
