Senior Employment Lawyer

Our client is a leading independent Belgian law firm with top-tier international clients, looking for a (NL) Employment Lawyer to join its Brussels office.

Your duties and responsibilities:

Advise international and Belgian clients on all aspects of employment law (individual and collective).
Handle complex cross-border employment matters, restructurings, service agreements, and dismissals.
Represent clients in employment-related disputes and negotiations.
Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on challenging international mandates.
Participate in business development initiatives (webinars, newsletters, speaking engagements).

Ideal profile:

Experience: 4 to 10 years of experience as an Employment Lawyer, ideally within a business law firm.
Languages: Native Dutch speaker with excellent English; good command of French is a plus.
Qualifications: Belgian Master’s in Law (LL.M. in Social or Employment Law is an asset).
