Your responsibilities
Advising companies on daily employment law matters and strategic HR decisions
Handling cross-border employment issues and international mobility files
Assisting on collective labour law matters and collective dismissals
Managing employment litigation and social law disputes
Supporting clients on the employment law implications of corporate restructurings and liquidations
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Employment Law
- Fluent in French with strong professional command of English and Dutch
- Belgian Master in Law, an additional relevant Master being an asset
