Your duties and responsibilities
As a Corporate M&A Associate, you will work on a broad range of national and international transactions and corporate advisory matters, including:
- Advising clients on mergers & acquisitions transactions
- Assisting on private equity and venture capital deals
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and shareholders’ agreements
- Supporting corporate restructurings and strategic operations
- Handling complex corporate law questions
- Participating in negotiations and direct client interactions
- Working closely with experienced partners on high-profile files
- Contributing to business development initiatives, seminars and publications
Ideal profile?
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate M&A within a law firm
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English with a professional command of French
- Qualifications: Belgian Master’s degree in Law with a strong academic background and interest in transactional work
