Your responsibilities
- Managing M&A transactions from inception to closing
- Drafting and negotiating transactional and corporate documentation
- Advising on corporate structures, reorganisations and governance matters
- Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating deal workstreams
- Contributing actively to the further development of the Corporate M&A practice
Ideal Profile
- 6 to 7 years of experience in Corporate and M&A
- Belgian Master in Law
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
