Your duties and responsibilities
As a Corporate Litigation Associate, you will work on a broad range of complex disputes and contentious corporate matters, including:
- Advising clients on corporate and commercial litigation matters
- Managing disputes related to shareholder conflicts and governance issues
- Handling post-M&A and transactional disputes
- Assisting on venture capital and private equity contentious matters
- Drafting pleadings, conclusions, summonses and strategic legal documentation
- Representing clients during negotiations and litigation procedures
- Developing litigation strategies together with clients and partners
- Participating in publications, seminars and business development initiatives
Ideal profile?
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Litigation within a law firm
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English with a professional command of French
- Qualifications: Belgian Master’s degree in Law with a strong interest in corporate and business litigation
