Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you sit at the crossroads of business development and recruitment. You don't just find talent or just win clients : you do both, and you do it well.

On the Sales side

• Prospect and develop your own client portfolio through cold calling and networking
• Run a full sales cycle : first contact, pitch, needs analysis, proposal and closing
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and nurturing
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts

On the Recruitment side

• Source and headhunt the best profiles through direct approach and LinkedIn
• Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate both skills and cultural fit
• Present candidates, manage feedback and handle offer negotiations
• Accompany candidates from first contact through to contract signature

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a B2B commercial role : recruitment, sales or business development
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
• Results-driven, resilient and genuinely people-oriented
• Bilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plus
• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Sector knowledge is a plus, not a prerequisite
