Partner Integration Engineer

• Guide partners through the technical integration process from onboarding to go-live.
• Provide technical consulting, product expertise, and best-practice recommendations throughout the integration journey.
• Work closely with software engineers to gain deep knowledge of the platform and contribute feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Support pre-sales discussions by providing technical expertise and answering integration-related questions.
• Gather partner feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
• Build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in Integration Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and API-based integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and modern backend technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, MongoDB, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote and multicultural team.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
