Network Operations Engineer - The Role

Collaborate within the Infrastructure team and with clients to design robust network strategies and deliver seamless integration in industrial, logistics, and transport environments
Take ownership of end-to-end projects, from design & implementation to validation, support, and continuous optimization after onboarding
Design, deploy, and support LAN, WLAN, and security solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
Troubleshoot issues, validate compatibility, and manage customer network environments across on-site and in-house operations
Act as a trusted technical advisor, producing documentation, best practices, and ensuring high-quality customer-facing delivery

Network Operations Engineer - The Profile

Strong team player with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable, able to manage priorities independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven problem solver with strong analytical skills and hands-on troubleshooting experience in complex technical environments
3–5+ years of experience in networking & security, with strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls
Experience with Extreme Networks and Cisco Meraki (plus), supported by a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
