They're looking for an L3 / System Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, taking ownership of infrastructure and helping shape a modern internal IT environment.

L3 / System Engineer - What's the job about ?

Advanced Systems Administration: Manage and troubleshoot the internal IT environment, including Windows systems, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
Microsoft & Workplace Technologies: Take ownership of SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune and endpoint management, ensuring secure and efficient user environments.
Infrastructure & Connectivity: Investigate complex issues involving LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and DNS, with exposure to Linux environments as an advantage.
Identity & Cybersecurity: Manage permissions and access policies, support vulnerability remediation, patching, endpoint protection and backup and recovery activities.
Technical Ownership: Drive incidents through to resolution, coordinate with external IT providers and ensure effective follow-up on infrastructure issues.
Projects & Optimisation: Contribute to IT improvement projects, strengthen technical documentation and identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and more efficient operations.

L3 / System Engineer - The Perfect Match

5+ years of hands-on IT experience, ideally in system engineering, internal infrastructure or advanced workplace support.
Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Windows environments.
Experience with Intune, SharePoint Online and identity and access management.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and an interest in infrastructure security; Linux experience is a plus.
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys technical ownership, complex troubleshooting and working independently when needed.
Strong communication skills in English, with a structured approach to documentation and collaboration.
