We are currently looking for a Junior Reconciliation Officer for one of our clients in the financial services sector, located in Brussels.
This Belgian organization was founded less than ten years ago and originally launched as a start-up, is now scaling rapidly and evolving into a mature scale-up. Our client has doubled both its workforce and its footprint across Belgium.

Due to its rapid growth, our client is willing to strengthen its financial team. As a Junior Reconciliation Officer, you will collaborate closely with a small, experienced, and supportive team.

Function:
- Support the team in daily cash reconciliation activities
- Assist in performing daily and monthly reconciliation controls
- Prepare key figures and reports for management
- Contribute to reconciliation checks by identifying discrepancies
- Support follow-up on financial impacts on the balance sheet and P&L
- Assist in the implementation of new reconciliation or reporting tools
Profile:
- Superior degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least a first experience as a Reconciliation Officer or as an AP/AR Accountant
- You speak French and have a good level of English & Dutch
- You are motivated, resilient and thrive when facing new challenges
- Curious, you are not afraid of asking questions
- You approach your work with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset
