Junior Lawyer – Real Estate | Brussels
Our client, a top-tier Belgian firm, seeks a junior real estate lawyer to work on high-profile assets and projects. Freelance & hybrid.

Your duties and responsibilities
- Assist on acquisitions, disposals, (re)developments and asset/property deals across major real estate classes
- Support due diligence, draft and negotiate leases, sales agreements, construction and service contracts
- Coordinate with regulatory teams on permitting, environment, PPPs and energy aspects
- Contribute to dispute management (pre-litigation, litigation support, settlement drafting)
- Prepare client-ready notes and help manage project timelines with internal/external stakeholders
- Participate in business development and knowledge initiatives within the practice
Ideal profile
- Experience: Junior level (trainee/1–2 years) with strong interest in real estate & property matters
- Languages: Excellent Dutch & English; good command of French
- Qualifications: Belgian Master of Laws; solid academics and keen analytical skills
