We are currently looking for a Junior GL Accountant for one of our clients in the real estate sector, located in Brussels.
This real estate developer is a leader in the Belgian and Luxembourg markets, working on large-scale projects, such as the redevelopment of historical sites or the creation of new neighborhoods.

As a Junior GL Accountant, you will join a team of six professionals and receive personalized onboarding and training directly from the Accounting Manager. His goal is to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the business and help you develop into a well-rounded accounting professional.
Function
- Collaborate with an experienced GL Accountant and a Financial Controller to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Manage Accounts Payable for the two parent companies, ensure invoice processing, and handle intercompany transactions
- Participate in managing intra-group financial flows through cash pooling and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations
- Perform daily bank transaction entries, reconcile bank accounts, and contribute to monthly and annual financial closures
- Support the accounting team when needed and participate in cross-functional tasks, such as preparing financial reports
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least a first year of experience in Accounting
- You speak Dutch and you are comfortable expressing yourself in French
- Communicative, you integrate easily and see teamwork as a strength
