Role
What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist on employment contracts, HR policies, restructurings and negotiations
• Prepare legal memos, research notes and updates for clients
• Work on litigation support, and slowly build courtroom experience
• Participate in international coordination calls and learn the tools of cross-border practice
• Get involved in team initiatives, from know-how to internal collaboration projects
Profile
Who You Are
• You are a junior associate, passionate about employment law and ready to learn fast
• You’re a French native speaker, fluent in English, and interested in working in an international setting
• You’re organised, proactive, and motivated by purpose ; not just billables
• You enjoy working with people and are open to feedback, exchange and shared growth
