Your responsibilities

Draft and negotiate finance documentation, including facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements.
Assist on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, syndicated, club deal and unitranche transactions.
Advise on project finance matters, including infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
Coordinate cross-border transactions with international colleagues and external counsel.
Manage closing processes, legal research and transaction follow-up.

Let's talk about you

You have 1 to 4 years of experience in Banking & Finance Law.
You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law with a strong academic background.
You are a native Dutch or French speaker with an excellent command of English; knowledge of the other national language is an asset.
