Your responsibilities

Assisting on national and cross border M&A and private equity transactions
Advising on corporate restructurings including mergers and demergers
Supporting the structuring of regulated and private investment vehicles
Handling corporate IT and ESG related advisory matters
Contributing to complex corporate and financial law assignments alongside partners

Ideal Profile

1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate and/or Financial Law
Fluent in French and English with good command of Dutch
Master in Law with excellent academic results, an additional LLM being an asset
