As part of its central IT & Cybersecurity team, you will work in a CISO-led environment where information security, IT resilience and risk management play a critical role in supporting the organisation’s activities.

IT Security Specialist | The Role

Take the lead on IT resilience, service continuity and disaster recovery initiatives across the organisation.
Identify, assess and monitor IT continuity and security risks, translating findings into concrete improvement initiatives.
Evaluate IT resilience and recovery readiness, including the capabilities and commitments of external technology providers.
Develop and drive Disaster Recovery testing for applications and data, analyse results and coordinate follow-up actions.
Partner with technical architects, security experts and project teams to integrate resilience and security requirements into projects and operations.
Lead awareness, training and communication initiatives while contributing your expertise to security-related decisions within the CISO organisation.

IT Security Specialist | The Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security, IT Service Continuity, IT Risk Management or a closely related field, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of IT security and governance frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT or ITIL.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security architecture and controls, including Azure and GCP environments.
Experience managing or assessing external technology providers and their security and continuity capabilities.
Strong project leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
Fluent in Dutch, with a good understanding of French; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or BCI are a plus.
