We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and foster talent development within an innovative and fast-growing company in Brussels.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of the company’s HR strategy, playing a key role in supporting teams and managers. 


Role

  • Supporting managers in team development and performance management.
  • Leading training and talent development initiatives by identifying needs and selecting the best programs and providers.
  • Contributing to Talent Management, identifying high-potential employees, and promoting internal mobility.
  • Driving transformation and change management projects, supporting organizational evolution.
  • Acting as a true business partner, providing proactive HR expertise and tailored solutions to business challenges.

Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and/or Performance Management.
  • Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with teams and leadership.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to set priorities and drive transformation.
  • Knowledge of Belgian labor law (a plus).
  • Fluency in French and Dutch, with English as an advantage.
