Freelance Python Developer

For a client who is an expert in machine learning technology, is looking for an experienced Python developer.

Focus on Backend, AI & Cloud Infrastructure You will dive deep into the core of our platform, building the robust systems that power our applications. One week you could be optimizing or scaling a FastAPI service, the next designing a data pipeline or integrating and refining LLM capabilities. Additionally, you will help architect and maintain our AWS infrastructure, ensuring our cloud setup is secure, automated, and resilient.

Contribute to Product Direction Work closely with the team to identify real customer needs. You will translate complex business logic and AI potential into practical, scalable, and user-focused backend solutions.

Create Dependable and Scalable Systems Focus on writing clean, modular, and efficient Python code that is easy to maintain and test. You have a sharp eye for system performance and cloud architecture, ensuring our backend scales effortlessly alongside our growth.

Expert Python Developer

Experience developing robust web services and AI features. You’ve built and optimized APIs using Python (FastAPI or comparable frameworks) and feel entirely at ease working with modern backend architectures.

You have practical experience or a strong interest in integrating, fine-tuning, or orchestrating LLMs and data pipelines.

Comfortable architecting and maintaining the cloud. You have hands-on experience deploying and managing services in an AWS environment. You understand DevOps practices and embrace Infrastructure as Code, where familiarity with tools like Terraform, Docker, or AWS CDK is highly valued to help us scale seamlessly.

Profile

Must have:

Python Expertise: At least 5+ years of professional experience writing clean, efficient, and production ready Python code.
API Development: Strong hands on experience building and scaling web services using FastAPI (or highly comparable frameworks).

Bonus skills we appreciate:

AI & Data Engineering: Exposure to data science and machine learning libraries (like pandas, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow), or experience working with LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI/Anthropic APIs).
Cloud & DevOps: Practical experience with AWS services and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or Docker to help deploy and maintain our infrastructure.
