As part of its growth, the company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This is a highly impactful position combining software engineering, customer engagement, solution architecture, and AI delivery.

You will work directly with customers, understand how their operations function in practice, and design AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value.

Forward Deployed Engineer | The Role

Partner directly with customers to understand their workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives.
Translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions and production-ready systems.
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents integrated with customer tools, data sources, and business processes.
Lead projects from discovery and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Measure real-world impact, analyze outcomes, and continuously optimize solutions based on data and feedback.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve platforms, tools, and implementation methodologies.

Forward Deployed Engineer | The Profile

You have 5+ years of experience building software or solving complex technical challenges.
You possess strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and production engineering.
You have experience working with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
You enjoy working directly with customers and stakeholders, from operational teams to technical decision-makers.
You have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a genuine interest in the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence.

Nice to Have

Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Engineering, or other customer-facing technical roles.
Experience building AI agents, workflow automation solutions, or conversational systems.
Familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability, reliability, and production monitoring.
