Your duties and responsibilities
- Work on complex finance and corporate transactions for top-tier clients.
- Draft and review legal documentation, contracts, and opinions.
- Support partners and senior associates in structuring deals and providing strategic legal advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different practice groups and international offices.
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations.
Ideal profile
- 1 to 3 yrs Qualified to practice Belgian law with strong academic background.
- Native or fluent French, excellent English, and good command of Dutch.
- Strong drafting and communication skills, team-oriented, proactive mindset.
