You will join a dynamic Finance team where you will have significant ownership and direct business impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Controller who wants to go beyond traditional reporting and play a key role in shaping financial processes and profitability management.

Your responsibilities

Drive finance transformation projects in close collaboration with the CFO and Business Controller.
Develop and implement standard costing methodologies for production and logistics.
Take ownership of product costing, including bills of materials, production costs and logistics costs.
Build and maintain profitability analysis by product, channel and country, from gross margin through to net profit.
Analyse cost and margin variances against standards, budgets and forecasts.
Act as a Finance Business Partner to Operations and Supply Chain, supporting sourcing, production and efficiency decisions.
Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation and provisions for obsolete or slow-moving stock.

Ideal Profile

Experience: You have 5 to 8 years of experience in controlling, ideally with solid exposure to production, supply chain, industrial controlling or FMCG. Experience with standard costing and BOM-based cost models is highly valued.
Languages: You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.
Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. You have strong Excel and financial modelling skills and experience with an ERP system.
