Finance Recruitment Consultant

You will manage a client portfolio in the Finance sector and run the full recruitment cycle : from business development to placement. You know how to find the right profile, how to sell a role and how to close. You thrive under pressure and you love winning.

•    Develop and grow a client portfolio in the Finance sector (accounting firms, corporates, financial institutions)

•    Run end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, qualifying, presenting and closing

•    Build a quality network of finance professionals across all seniority levels

•    Hit individual targets and contribute to the overall team performance

•    Maintain a rigorous follow-up on candidates and clients throughout the process

•    Bring energy, persistence and a positive competitive mindset to the team

•    Experienced recruitment consultant with a strong track record : Finance sector experience preferred

•    Money-driven: motivated by results, commissions and recognition

•    Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment

•    A strong personality: you bring energy, initiative and accountability

•    Bilingual French & English

•    Bachelor's degree minimum
