Finance & IT Specialist - What's the job about

Provide Level 1/2 support for trading and financial systems, ensuring uninterrupted market operations during critical trading hours.
Monitor, analyse, and resolve incidents across trading platforms and market data systems, minimizing impact on business activity.
Support traders, analysts, and operations teams with application, data, and system-related issues in real time.
Collaborate with IT, development, and business stakeholders to ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Document incidents, procedures, and fixes while actively contributing to operational excellence initiatives.

Finance & IT Specialist - The perfect match

Background in IT support, technical engineering, or similar technical roles
Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and capital markets infrastructure
Understanding of financial instruments such as equities, bonds, derivatives, and ETFs
Familiarity with trading lifecycle and market data flows (order entry → execution → settlement)
Languages: English required; French and Dutch are a strong plus
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure (even when markets are not)
