Your duties and responsibilities?
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, provide expert regulatory advice and compliance guidance.
- Support clients in regulatory enforcement, pre-litigation and litigation matters at Belgian and EU level.
- Collaborate with Corporate/M&A teams on due diligence, reps & warranties, indemnities and transitional services agreements.
Ideal profile?
- 3 to 5 years in regulatory law, contracts and litigation, ideally in an international law firm or boutique.
- Native Dutch or French, with an excellent command of English.
- Master’s degree in Belgian Law with strong academic record.
