Role
What You’ll Be Doing
• Advise clients on a broad range of EU privacy and data protection issues (including GDPR compliance, data transfers,
cybersecurity risk)
• Contribute to international projects involving cross-border data flows, regulatory strategy and incident response
• Draft and review privacy policies, agreements and internal governance frameworks
• Assist in responding to regulatory investigations and advising on enforcement risks
• Participate in team initiatives, publications and business development activities
Profile
Ideal Profile
• You have at least 2 years of experience in privacy, data protection and/or cybersecurity law
• You have excellent written and spoken English; other EU languages are a strong asset
• You hold a strong academic background, ideally complemented by an LL.M. in a relevant area
• You’re entrepreneurial, collegial and eager to grow within a high-performing international team
