Our client is a growing international law firm looking for a mid-level Employment & Labor lawyer to join its Brussels office and help grow a dynamic team.

Your Duties and Responsibilities
• Support and advise clients on the full spectrum of labor and employment law (individual and collective)
• Handle both domestic and international matters in sectors including technology, life sciences, and industrials
• Assist in litigation, advisory work, compliance audits, contracts, restructurings, and sensitive negotiations
• Participate in internal and client trainings, seminars, and business development efforts
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from corporate, data protection, IP, and litigation teams
Ideal Profile
• 3 to 5 years of experience in employment law in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong command of French (or vice versa)
• Master’s in Belgian Law; additional employment or HR-focused training is a plus
