EB Account Manager | Insurance Broker in Overijse

As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing an existing portfolio of corporate clients.

You will analyze your clients' needs, advise them on the most appropriate Employee Benefits solutions and ensure high-quality follow-up of their files. The emphasis is on advisory, relationship management and long-term client support, rather than pure prospecting.

You will work closely with internal Employee Benefits specialists, insurance companies and other partners to develop tailored solutions for each client.

Your Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Client Advisory

• Manage and further develop an existing portfolio of corporate clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for CFOs, HR Directors and business leaders.
• Analyze clients' needs and challenges and translate them into appropriate Employee Benefits solutions.
• Build long-term relationships through a personal and consultative approach.
• Identify opportunities to further optimize existing benefit schemes and coverage.

Employee Benefits Expertise

• Advise clients on supplementary pensions, group insurance, death benefits, disability coverage and healthcare solutions.
• Analyze existing insurance solutions and recommend improvements where relevant.
• Support clients in strategic decisions regarding their Employee Benefits policies.
• Stay up to date with developments in the Belgian insurance market and the broader Employee Benefits landscape.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with internal Employee Benefits specialists on the preparation and follow-up of client files.
• Maintain relationships with different insurance companies and partners.
• Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing contracts.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between clients, insurers and internal teams.
• Deliver a high level of service throughout the entire client relationship.

Relationship Development

• Develop a thorough understanding of your clients' activities, challenges and objectives.
• Identify new needs and opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Share your expertise and best practices with colleagues.
• Actively contribute to the further development of the insurance broker's Employee Benefits activities.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience within Employee Benefits, Group Insurance, Supplementary Pensions, Corporate Life or a similar environment.
• Experience within an insurance broker or insurance company is a strong asset.
• You have a good understanding of Employee Benefits and the main insurance solutions available to corporate clients.
• You are strongly client- and advisory-oriented and easily build professional relationships based on trust.
• You are comfortable interacting with CFOs, HR Directors and other senior stakeholders.
• You are organized, autonomous and capable of managing several client files simultaneously.
• You have a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking initiative.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch, combined with a good professional knowledge of French and English.
