Your duties and responsibilities?
- Develop and lead the Corporate / M&A practice in Brussels
- Manage local and international transactions for Belgian and foreign clients
- Strengthen and expand an existing client portfolio
- Participate actively in the strategic growth of the firm
- Collaborate on cross-border transactions with international offices and partner firms
- Mentor and develop associates within the Corporate team
- Contribute to the visibility and market positioning of the practice
Ideal profile?
- 8–15+ years of experience in Corporate / M&A with an existing client portfolio
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
- Belgian qualified lawyer with strong transactional and business development skills
