Your duties and responsibilities
- Advising Belgian and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
- Working on private equity deals, joint ventures and strategic investments
- Assisting with corporate restructurings and broader corporate advisory work
- Collaborating with banking and finance teams on acquisition financing
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents
- Being involved in corporate litigation aspects linked to transactions when relevant
Ideal profile?
- Experience: 3–7 years’ experience in Corporate/M&A within a law firm
- Languages: Fluent Dutch + strong working knowledge of English and French
- Qualifications: Belgian-qualified lawyer with a solid academic background
