Compliance & Quality Officer

Our partner, an innovative healthcare company, is looking for a Compliance & Quality Officer to drive ISO, GDPR and risk management initiatives.

Your duties and responsibilities

As a Compliance & Quality Officer, you will play a central role across departments:

Manage and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 13485)
Prepare and follow up internal & external audits
Handle complaints, non-conformities and implement corrective actions
Monitor compliance with GDPR and internal policies
Support risk management and performance analysis for management
Develop dashboards and reporting on compliance & quality KPIs
Ensure adherence to ethical standards (codes of conduct, anti-bribery, etc.)
Act as a key point of contact with external stakeholders (auditors, partners, authorities)
Support tenders and compliance-related documentation

Ideal profile

Experience: Minimum 3 years in compliance, quality or risk management (healthcare, pharma, MedTech or similar is a plus)
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong asset)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Quality, or related field
