Our client is a leading Benelux law firm looking for a Banking & Finance lawyer to join their top-ranked team in Brussels and work on major cross-border deals.

Your duties and responsibilities
• Advise financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on financing structures
• Draft, review, and negotiate facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions
• Manage cross-border transactions from term sheet to closing
• Provide legal insight on regulatory developments and market trends
• Collaborate with international partner firms on multi-jurisdictional deals
Ideal profile ?
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Banking & Finance within a top-tier law firm
• Fluent in English, with Dutch or French as native language and solid command of the other
• Belgian Master’s in Law, additional training in finance or capital markets is a plus
