Leading international law firm with a growing Brussels platform, offering high-level DCM and Financial Regulation work within a fully integrated global network.

Strong Debt Capital Markets focus within an international Financial & Capital Markets practice, combining DCM, Banking & Finance and Financial Regulation in cross-border mandates, allowing you to position yourself as a well-rounded capital markets lawyer with real international exposure.
You will join a Brussels team in expansion, working closely with major European financial hubs on sophisticated transactions.

Your responsibilities

Advising on Debt Capital Markets transactions, including EMTN programmes and other issuance structures
Assisting financial institutions and international clients on cross-border capital markets matters
Supporting Banking & Finance transactions, including debt and structured finance
Providing Financial Regulatory advice to regulated entities
Contributing to banking-related corporate transactions
Collaborating daily with colleagues in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt and other offices

Ideal Profile

2 to 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance and/or Capital Markets, with exposure to DCM
Native French or Dutch speaker with strong command of the other national language and excellent English
Master in Belgian Law with excellent academic results, international exposure (LL.M., secondment or additional degree) being a plus
