Associate – Banking & Finance - Brussels

Your responsibilities
- Advise clients active in the banking and financial sector on a variety of legal matters.
- Assist with matters relating to banking regulation, financial transactions, compliance and litigation.
- Draft legal and contractual documentation.
- Review and analyse financial agreements.
- Monitor developments in banking legislation and regulation.
- Support clients during negotiations and judicial proceedings.
Ideal profile
- Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university, preferably with distinction.
- Ideally 3–4 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance, although candidates with slightly less experience are also considered.
- Fluent in Dutch and very good command of French and English.
