Your responsibilities

Advising on individual and collective employment law matters
Assisting clients with employment contracts, terminations and executive arrangements
Supporting collective redundancies and employment aspects of corporate restructurings
Handling employment litigation before Belgian courts
Collaborating closely with HR and legal departments of major international clients
Working with colleagues across jurisdictions on cross-border employment projects

Ideal Profile

1 to 5 years of experience in Employment Law
Native Dutch speaker with excellent command of English and French
Master in Belgian Law with strong academic results, additional postgraduate education being a plus
