Your responsibilities

Participating in acquisitions and transactions from letter of intent to closing documentation
Conducting and coordinating due diligence processes
Drafting and negotiating transactional documents and shareholder arrangements
Advising on corporate structures, reorganisations and governance matters
Assisting clients with day-to-day corporate law issues including branches, mergers, demergers and liquidations
Collaborating directly with national and international clients across various industries

Ideal Profile

3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate and M&A
Excellent command of Dutch and English, with French being an asset
Master in Belgian Law, a specialisation in Corporate Law or international experience being a plus
