Your responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial, distribution, franchise, agency and supply chain agreements.
Advise clients on commercial law, consumer protection, product regulation and distribution networks.
Assist clients in commercial litigation and arbitration before Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals.
Collaborate on multidisciplinary and cross-border matters with colleagues across different practice areas.
Contribute to legal publications, client trainings and the continued development of the practice.

Let's talk about you

You have 1 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Law, Contract Law or Commercial Litigation.
You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law with strong academic results; an LL.M. is an asset.
You are a native French speaker with excellent English and a good command of the other national language.
