For one of our partners active in the retail sector and based in Brussels, we are looking for a Payroll Lead.

To support the Payroll team in its daily activities and bring expertise in technical aspects, the Brussels headquarters is currently looking for an experienced Payroll Lead.


As part of a three-person team, you will oversee both operational and technical aspects of payroll management. Thanks to your seniority, you will be the go-to person for complex payroll-related questions concerning both blue-collar and white-collar employees.


Your responsibilities

• Oversee the operational payroll management for employees at the Brussels headquarters

• Actively participate in various cross-functional HR projects

• Identify and implement improvements and optimizations in payroll processes

• Be a driving force for your team, supporting their technical and professional development


Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR (or an equivalent field)

• You have 5+ years of experience in payroll (blue-collar and white-collar) and a good knowledge of different Joint Committees (experience with CP 209 and 124 is a plus)

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in French and Dutch

• Result-oriented, you are a team player who remains approachable and supportive

• A good knowledge of SAP HR is mandatory
